I decided to work at KGA because I wanted to use my accounting and financial management skills to support an organization that makes a meaningful impact on communities. KGA’s work in promoting food security, sustainable agriculture, and improved livelihoods aligns with my desire to contribute to positive development outcomes in the Solomon Islands.
What do you like about this organisation or its members?
Working at KGA has been a rewarding experience that has allowed me to grow professionally while contributing to projects that have a real impact on people’s lives. As a Finance Officer, it is satisfying to know that sound financial management helps ensure resources are used effectively and that donor-funded projects achieve their intended outcomes. I look forward to continuing to support KGA’s work and mission in the years ahead.
