Local Egg Omelet
Procedure
- Prepare an oven or motu and lit it up.
- Mash ngali nut with a wooden stick and bowl and place it into a bowl.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, beat well and add salt to taste.
- Add a little water (preference) and stir the ingredient well.
- Wrap the ingredients/mixture in banana leaves or aluminum foil and bake in a oven or motu for about 1-2 hours depending on the heat.
- Serve with kumara/potato or cassava.
