I am passionate about agriculture and wanted to help farmers and the whole agricultural sector in the Solomon Islands, a good way was to start with the association.
It is also the positive work culture, opportunities for growth, and commitment to farmers and their growth. I wanted to be part of an organization where I could develop my skills, contribute to the team’s success, and make a meaningful impact while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
What do you like about this organisation or its members?
The team members are welcoming, and always willing to help one another. I appreciate the organization’s commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and working together to achieve shared goals, which makes it a positive and motivating place to work.
My interests
I enjoy solving problems and taking on new challenges because they give me opportunities to learn, improve, and make a positive impact. I like analyzing situations, finding practical solutions, and working with others to overcome obstacles. Facing challenges motivates me to think creatively, grow professionally, and contribute to the success of the team and the organization. Being with KGA has helped me with these.
