Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 heaps Cassava
  • 10 Coconuts dry
  • 1 hand Bananas ripe

Equipment

  • 1 scraper
  • 1 strainer
  • 2 knives - big & small
  • 1 bowl/basin
  • spoons
  • oven & firewood
  • banana leaves for the oven

Procedure
 

  1. Grate cassava, squeeze to remove water/starch.
  2. Scrap coconut and squeeze milk into a bowl.
  3. Prepare oven/motu and heat it up.
  4. Smash ripe banana and mix well with cassava.
  5. Add coconut cream to the mix banana and cassava.
  6. Heat banana leaves over the lit oven and spread evenly to pour mix banana with cassava and cream onto it.
  7. Wrap it tightly.
  8. When the oven is ready, the right temperature for motu/oven, bake in the motu for about 3-4 hours depending on the heat.
