Procedure
- Grate cassava, squeeze to remove water/starch.
- Scrap coconut and squeeze milk into a bowl.
- Prepare oven/motu and heat it up.
- Smash ripe banana and mix well with cassava.
- Add coconut cream to the mix banana and cassava.
- Heat banana leaves over the lit oven and spread evenly to pour mix banana with cassava and cream onto it.
- Wrap it tightly.
- When the oven is ready, the right temperature for motu/oven, bake in the motu for about 3-4 hours depending on the heat.
