Creamed Banana
Ingredients
Procedure
- Boil bananas with the skin on until they are well cooked.
- Drain out water and peel the banana.
- Put banana peels on a tray.
- Scrap coconuts and squeeze the cream into a pot.
- Heat the coconut cream on the fire until the coconut cream bubbles and forms into a thick cream.
- Cut chillies and shallots into small pieces and then grate ginger into a small bowl.
- Then add them into the pot of cream coconut and heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture onto the banana tray.
- Add salt to taste.
- Ready to serve.
