Bonbone Fish [Roma/Reef fish]

Ingredients
  

  • Fish
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Salt - to taste

Equipment

  • 2 knives - big & small
  • trays/bowl
  • firewood
  • open fire

Procedure
 

  1. Prepare the open fire.
  2. Wash and clean the fish well.
  3. Grate the garlic in to a small bowl/dish.
  4. Marinate the fish in the grated garlic, add salt to taste.
  5. When the open fire goes down, lay the fish over the stones, turn it until well cooked.
  6. Serve on a tray.
  7. Ready to be served.
