Procedure
- Prepare the open fire.
- Wash and clean the fish well.
- Grate the garlic in to a small bowl/dish.
- Marinate the fish in the grated garlic, add salt to taste.
- When the open fire goes down, lay the fish over the stones, turn it until well cooked.
- Serve on a tray.
- Ready to be served.
