Procedure
- Mashed ngali nut with a stick in a wooden bowl.
- Prepare a cooking area and lit the fire.
- Add 1 litre of water in a pot and put the pot on fire.
- Add slippery cabbage when the water on the fire is boiling.
- Use tongs to turn the slippery cabbage around the pot until well cooked.
- Remove water for the pot and add the mashed ngali nut.
- Stir thoroughly until the ngali nut is spread evenly on the leaves of slippery cabbage.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve and eat with baked/boil potato or cassava.
