- Wash all the vegetables and fruit clean.
- Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.
- Slice the tomatoes and peppers into different dishes/bowls.
- Scrap the coconut.
- Slice the saladia cabbage into small pieces and place in a flat tray/bowl.
- With the sliced saladia cabbage, add the pineapple and mix well, then add the tomatoes and peppers with the freshly grated coconut (adding and mixing should be even to give a good taste).
- Ready to be served.
