Vegetable Fruit Salad with Pineapple

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 parcel Saladia cabbages
  • 1 Coconut - dry
  • 1 parcel Tomatoes
  • 1 parcel Peppers
  • Water

Equipment

  • 2 knives - big & small
  • 1 peeler
  • 1 bowl/dish
  • 1 scraper
  • trays

Procedure
 

  1. Wash all the vegetables and fruit clean.
  2. Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and peppers into different dishes/bowls.
  4. Scrap the coconut.
  5. Slice the saladia cabbage into small pieces and place in a flat tray/bowl.
  6. With the sliced saladia cabbage, add the pineapple and mix well, then add the tomatoes and peppers with the freshly grated coconut (adding and mixing should be even to give a good taste).
  7. Ready to be served.
